No need to buy HRC, the CBR600F uses exactly the same type, (from memory the F4 but all seem similar) see ebay item 400049169624 or 330370617172 for example.

Then drill, tap and put in a barb into the flat spot on the water pump and fit another barb to the drain.

i run an oil/water cooler on my bike and have noticed it's benefits.
Royster81, When you say you have a UK pump is that the HRC water pump cover part number 19220-NL1-000?

no mate it's not the pump cover ,it's the whole oil pump unit that sits inside the motor

hi all

looing at running some oversize pistons in an nc35 motor and lifting compression etc
after having read about standard rads not coping with the heat after these mods.
i looked in to more cooling but the oil cooler using the water would just put the heat strait in to the rads again.

so am now thinking of fitting nc24/nc30uk oil pump and opening up the casing oil ways for the oil rad.
anybody done this ??? thoughts really on the pros and cons ??

^^ It has been done.

you also can use a Mocal sandwich plate cooler as I did and that will allow another air/oil rad to be plumbed in. I think this is the way forwards for the heat rejection.

yes the castings are already in the block, you just need the nc24 oil pump and the little lines that link the pump to the front castings, drill them out and away you go

yup, this can be done (i.e. drlling casings) however, it's delicate. Or opt for sandwich plate like been proposed here above and added cooler or some gerd rads with some +35% extra cooling capacity (see here: http://mngforce.typepad.com/nc450vdev/n ... assis.html )
