ok , havnt checked the starter but the bike does actualy start sometimes , but if it doesnt start on the 1st attemp then it wont start at all

so maybe still the starter ?

and its not the kill switch 8-) been there done that b4 , with a rs125 left it at my mates for over a week as it wouldnt start and went back with new plugs only to look down and see the kill switch

It's only two wires, when the side-stand is down they are either connected or not connected... so either join them together or remove them from the swithc to isolate..

i'll check mine later if you still havn't sussed it out :)

the more i think about it the more it sounds like something worng with the kill switch or the like as when you try to start it its like the kill switch is flicked but then why would it start sometimes :(

im in no way mecanicly minded so im just guessing and staring at the haynes with a glazed look in my eye's :|
