CBR400 NC23 Aero TIMING???? ASAP

ive tried to do the timing as it says on manual but something aint right,.. can anyone help me?
it turns a little and stops like pistons going against valve

put the t on the alternator cover notch... and the IN and EX on the cams in the right place... but timing still not right..

And where are the instructions you are using?

I dont think the Haynes covers the Aero. Wether what you want to do would be the same procedure as the tri arm I have no idea, sorry.

That is what bothers me..

The lining up of marks and notches is easy. I;d be looking into a jellymould 600 manual for the how to do it guide.
