Checking oil level on the dipstick?
Hi Guys,
What is the correct way to check your oil level on a NC30? Im not sure if I should:
1. Turn the dipstick in till its closed/locked and then turn back out again?
2. Once turned out/open just dip it in the hole and then remove?
Reason being once the bike is upright of course, if I use method 1 then the level is correct but if I use method 2
then it is incorrect/low.
Your help will be much appreciated Thanx

Method 2.. bike upright, take the stick out, clean it, place it back on the threads and whip it out again..
