Your expert advice is once again called upon.
just built a new 24 had some trouble getting her to fire up so systematicly changed the parts from my running bike to the new one started with my carbs as i know there set up ok and not to sure of the new ones then the electrics coils, leads, cdi ,etc all off my good bike still no joy only when i checked the plugs i found they were wet and not gapped correcty so a new set in and two turns and she fires up.
sound so i took her home last night and there is a major lack of power through topend very little throttle responce from forth gear on after 8000 rpm ?.
also it is drinking fuel like mad.
whats causing this ? can anyone tell me what ive done or what to check/sort first.
many thanks.

Too ruch mate? All boggy and doesn't want to rev..
Hows your airfilter? whip it off and test it then - if it gets better then you know you are too rich.
Have you thought about rebuilding the forks?

myself to much in the details but i have at last got it sorted after 3 nights of head scratching it was a damaged wire in the loom that fed no 3 coil.
so thanks again for the help.
