Re: NC24 Forks

I think this is a bit too small to see, so below you'll find a link to the full-size version :D (2mb)
Hope that helps! ^_^

I've just done my fork seals but looking at that microfish makes me worry. part no 9 looks like it go's under the seal not above it as I've just done. opps.

Re: NC24 Forks
Just checked my forks and they are not leaking so maybe it won't matter anyways.

Re: NC24 Forks
yeah part 9 the big washer goes above the top bush, i used it to help fit the top bush by but taping the washer with a punch and driving the bush hope then the seal sits ontop of it and the circlip retains the lot. i dont know how much difference it will make?? wait and see.spooky wrote:I've just done my fork seals but looking at that microfish makes me worry. part no 9 looks like it go's under the seal not above it as I've just done. opps.
ive now rebuilt my forks again as thanks to the microfice i discover that the previous owner had interchanged all the parts between the forks and they were totaly messed up! sweet as a nut now! just hope the dont start leaking!!!

cheers for all you help guys
