It looks pretty good, but if you MUST mess with it, try a 1/4 turn out on the idle screws and maybe take out .5mm of shim on the needles. TBH I would just fix the lean condition at idle. A tad rich is always better on a motor than a tad lean.

See how the power has little drops/dips everywhere coming up the power curve? Also, see how, when you shift during the All Gear the power drops away from a flat? You're too lean by at least a few jet sizes on the main. Can't tell what the midramge is doing, need to see a Fast Acceleration (FA) type run for that. That would help with the needle tuning. Overall power looks good for stock. Making it richer will make it smoother and cooler. But, your fuel economy will be a tad lower.

And I stand corrected. I was just looking at the a/f graph.

Yeah that's a good start. Is ther ea jet kit in the bike now? If so, who makes it? I have seen this very tuning issue before.

slides drilled from 2mm to 2.5mm

main-jets 118f 120r

pilot screw 2.25 turns out

needles shimmed from 0.5mm to 1mm

ill try the bigger jets and go from there
