VFR and RVF fork pinch bolts

Post by viper_biker »

Are they the same? The little bolt at the bottom of the fork legs is the one I'm talking off.

You couldn't do me a favour and offer up a measuring tape to a spare you you might have lying about and I'll do the same. Actually, another one I'm curious on is the axle pinch bolt too, are they the same?

Pinch bolts are interchangeable but think NC30 is 22m and rvf is 24mm, or that might be the Ti ones I run on RVF's but are defo interchangeable, spindle different, cant measure one as at work now, can tonight if you still need info.

Cheers Aly, I have a Ti axle bolt on the RWU forks and wondered if it would fit the USD ones too, so that's a yes then. That's one thing I can keep then :D

Viper, I know what you are on about, pinch bolts not 100%, axle bolt will fit.

I have some nice allen stainless ones if your nc30 ones dont fit.
