nc30 Cowling on nc29 ?
hi guys..
i just want to know if anyone has done this modificaton before coz i'm planning to do that.
400cc bikes are quiet rare in my country. i only could find a VFR400(nc30) cowling to swap with my current R1 cowling.

Re: nc30 Cowling on nc29 ?
I have put full nc29 bodywork on my nc30 (it was lying around the shed). So what you want to do is do this the other way around?
The front cowl wil fit, the bellypan won't. The nc30 bodywork is thinner.

IIRC the actual head lamps are the same. But the mounting brackets are different.
I think the NC30 headlamps are further apart.

and slightly bigger in diameter.
bought a set of NC30 headlight covers having been told the same. i had to file them down a good 1/2cm to even fit the NC29
