Just to finish off, I found this picture on my old PC at the weekend. It came from this forum many moons ago, don't know who posted it, so can't pass on any royalties.

hahahahaaaaaa ok call me dumb, but I totally missed the point of this mod, and have just worked it out.

For ages I was looking at my bike and this thread and my haynes manual trying to work out why I couldn't work it out.

The idea behind this mod is to bypass the reserviour under the seat isn't it? :roll: :?:

not quite bypass, more like replace, it also means you dont have to remove the tail to check, refill coolant and...err its says HRC ;) :roll:
