rvf float bowls
what is the correct position of float bowls..drain screws facing in or out...seems to be differing opinions..for nc30/35.

Should be facing in as it allows them to be accessed on the bike however in all the years ive had NC's ive never needed to access them so i have mine facing out as it just makes more sense to me when draining them off the bike.

thanks..yes all the ones ive seen seem to be always facing out...like you said you would need access when there off the bike..you wouldnt drain them on the bike!!!.obviously it doesnt affect the operation of the carbs whichever way the bowls are on..

Its so the bowls can be emptied before storage etc without removing them
