Re: nc30 carb jetting issue..
So I rebuilt the carbs, put the jets in the right way, 115 front, 117 rear, adjusted pilot screws and stuck it all back together, now when I start her up and just let her run its absolutely fine, revs freely, idles well and everything but went to go for a ride today and as soon as I go to pull away it just heavily bogs and dies, I can just about get her to go using a lot of clutch and once I let the clutch out, will chug along for about 5 seconds at like 2k revs then die, once the clutch is out like that no matter how much throttle I give she doesn't react at all...
Am seriously stuck as to the problem, please help :)

Sounds like you are flooding it with too much fuel. Do you still have the bukudan parts in the carbs? I would get rid of them and go back to standard. Also, is the airbox stock? A lot of people try to improve on the intake and usually ruin the fuel metering in the process.

Re: nc30 carb jetting issue..
Would it flood it just by letting the clutch out and revving a little? Yeah still got bukudan parts in at moment, working on getting standard, but it did run pretty well with them before I sat it up for a good few months.. Airbox is standard too...
Whats the chance of it being a clutch issue? A friend was over and said he thought that could be the issue if it's seized itself up a bit or anything?

It may be u have an air leak, just check to make sure the carbs are seated properly, & that all of your clamps & hoses are done up nice & tight & fitted properly. It sounds more like an air leak than a fuelling problem especially as it was running ok before hand. Hope this is of some help, good luck, Stevie.

Yeah cheers mate, will check it all again when I get a chance, in the process of moving house and job at the same time so everything is a little bit manic at the moment!
Will update once I get a chance to look at her, have got standard jets now so might put them in too and see if it helps :)
