How would I build up the bit missing part as there's about 3 inches missing. Would it be a case of putting tape on the inside of the panel , shape it and build up layers?
Your help is really appreciated
You'll be best if you can take a mould off of someone else's panel, I would let you use mine but seems silly you coming all this way. Maybe post another thread asking if anyone will give you a hand? I think DM is near you
BRS Racing for up to date bike build and race results.
TT Zero for the electric Superbike build.

Put the tape on the outside off the panel and fill into it. It would be easier if you could take a mould from an undamaged fairing though. Tape on the outside means you don't have to sand back on what will be the face side of the panel

Ade, I have a couple of plastex kits so should have enough moulding putty to make a mould. I think I've only got a fiberglass nc30 nosecone but you should be able to get the right shape from it.
