if you buy a blue kph converter to stick on the back of the clocks then your turning what the speedo reeds from kph to mph, so if the restriction kicks in at 180kph on the clocks (112mph in real money) with the converter fitted its now running in mph, the needle will never reach the 180 reading on the clock as its now in mph not kph so the little restriction device inside the clocks will never be activated, plus you wont need one of them crappy overlays stuck on
:? i think thats right , (note to self dont reply while drinking tequila  )

The box thing is only the smallest box they could buy, put the same resistor as i sell kits for & pretty much the same instructions.
mine are smaller & easy to fit BUT aimed at people who arent comfortable with wiring as there are free options if your handy with wires & google or like me i removed the plate from inside my speedo so the light trap still works, just nothing to cut the beam/restrict the CDI/Plugs.

These resistors DO NOT de-limit the CDI so you can rev past the safety red line limiter. you need a race CDI for that

Well that's what it does matee! It's more responsive an does rev pas 12k all the way into the red 14-15k mark strange if what you claim "it does not work" !? I phone the garage near me about the slight over heating and he to my amazement actually has 2 cb-1's ( not a mint as mine) and his are running abit hot ! Typical 400's really !
