Anyone got the. Standard fork setting for late type forks? Just fitted RO fork kit want to start somewhere near standard

It will depend a lot on your weight and where your riding if you want it super tuned.

Between 25 - 30mm of front sag is a good setting to aim for. Set it with the bike on a level surface and adjust the brass screw so it is all the way out (off) while setting the sag.

Every increase / decrease of the rings on the NC30 preload adjusters will alter the sag by 3mm I seem to remember.

After getting the sag adjust the brass screw adjuster fully in and then out 4 clicks as a good start.

Don't forget to check your rear suspension after changing the front as it might need some adjustment.
