RVF 400 Fan Switch
Hey guys
Does anyone know how to put a fan switch on an RVF 400? Done it once before on a cbr250, just connect the fan switch to ground. Cant seem to find out how to do it on the RVF. Thanks

Yep, the fan is permanently live (off the ignition), use a switch to earth & complete the circuit.

Fit a fully insulated piggy back spade terminal to save cutting into the existing wiring.

Where did you mount the spade connector too? Is it to the bit the hangs off the left of the bottem rad? The fan switch I think it's called?

Re: RVF 400 Fan Switch
The green wire goes to one side of the new manual switch and the piggy back spade pushed onto the existing rad fan switch.
The original fan switch wire spade [black shrouded] pushes onto the piggy back connector.
The wires are hanging off in the picture to show more clearly their fitting, picture is new spade removed from rad fan switch.
