You have parts 26 and 23 the wrong way round, ie the thin washer (26) is on outside of the thick washer (23). The thin washer should be against the hub, inside the thick washer.

Cheers 999Gomerz, i went and had a look with the Haynes next to me and they were the wrong way round, so altered them to be correct before i went on sat.

I also put the 520 non o ring chain and sprockets on and had no clearance issues or tyre/chain rubbing.
Also used the split link, never ever had one fail on a mx bike in over 20 years of using them so im happy to continue to use them i think.
