You have parts 26 and 23 the wrong way round, ie the thin washer (26) is on outside of the thick washer (23). Cheers 999Gomerz, i went and had a look with the Haynes next to me and they were the wrong way round, so altered them to be correct before i went on sat.
I also put the 520 non o ring chain and sprockets on and had no clearance issues or tyre/chain rubbing.
Also used the split link, never ever had one fail on a mx bike in over 20 years of using them so im happy to continue to use them i think.
