First trackday! anglesey international - 25th feb

Im booking the 17th when i get home tonight, never got down to this one as i wanted to check the bike over after the 18th at Oulton so with that job jobbed this weekend im good to go again.

Which instructor took you round, I got some instruction from gavin on a zx10 at Oulton and yeah my Body Position was holding me back too.

Can't wait to go round Anglesey, was it the full Circuit or the club circuit?? only ask as i know wirral100's first meeting is using the club circuitbecause of the construction of the garages that are taking place.

Was the full international circuit. I'm booking the 17th on Wednesday (payday) looking forward to seeing you there :) I bloody can't remember his name now he had slim on the back of his leathers. Quite an old guy bit of grey stubble lol... Hope he doesn't read this! He was on a gixxer he was really good telling me where I was timid and encouraging me to give it some I felt a lot more confident afterwards. I forgot to mention I might if ran off into the grass on the fast declining left hander infront of the corkscrew... Went in too fast and stood the bike up.. haha. But I kept it upright and told myself to stop biting off more than I could chew haha

booked the 17th this morning, its on the full international again, im going with my mates dad whose 50 odd and never done a trackday in his life, hes on some great big 1100 moto guzzi, cant wait to see what thats like, rather him than me, one of these........

Yeah i found the instructors to be real good and helpful with technique as the body positioning feels a bit awkward to me coming from mx but im gonna try and really work on it at anglesey and ride within myself all morning so i can really concentrate on it, rather than just going as fast as i dare like i did at oulton.
