Re: HRC rear brake kit
for the top of tube i think, the clear tube is used as the resivour but ive seen others use one of those mini brembo res with it so then there aint no need for the plug.

If you don't mind me asking - what do you hope to gain from adding the HRC rear reservoir replacement kit?

Re: HRC rear brake kit
its purley a cosmetic thing in my case, replaces the old tired looking hose from the res pot to the master cylinder. but i suppose in racing terms it sheds a fraction of weight by loosing the rear pot altogether , minimal i know but every gram adds up over the whole bike and if they can save weight they will i guess

Be carefull when using this mate, the clear tube sweats alot so make sure its not touching anything that it will damage.

Re: HRC rear brake kit
I've been using one for 2 years filled with normal dot4 and never had any sweating. They do fade though but I replace my brake fluid every year and change the hose at the same time.
