Bahahahaaaa!!!thunderace wrote:royster81 wrote:This was the problem with my rear end when some bell end didn't cover the hole and the they got filled up.CRM wrote:are we talking front wheel here or rear ?
if rear i bet its been powder coated and then not cleaned up on the mating inner edge which is why its stuck.
will require an abba stand and a couple of mates.
If the front because of non std spacers, then again prise the legs apart and give it a good tug (ooh er missus)
You might want to be a little more specific about which hole got filled up by the bell end

Ah thanks guys, helps to know this doesnt mean the end! It's so discouraging.
Thanks mutton chops, I'll probably take u up on that!! I really appreciate the offer as I don't have one. You're the bestest!!!!

Re: Can't get rear wheel off :(
I had the same problem when I got my NC30. It had been standing for a long time, and the rear refused to come off. in the end I had to use a large bearing puller and got a block machined to react against. It took some considerable effort to get it off, but when I did, the spindle was quite rusty. I cleaned it up with some emery cloth and assembled it all with copper slip.

Devils advocate time... if you've been riding it for a year with no dramas then you've not had anything to worry about!?JIGGLYB4LL wrote:Yeah spesh as I've been riding it since last year unaware![]()
