plus there 8mm so it won't fit.
What are you actually struggling with?
Have you followed cammo's carb guide and stripped / rebuilt the carbs upto factory spec?
Float heights / jets in the right place and right size (needles too)

Re: wrong exhaust causing splutter?
after looking at the mega rich thread its made ponder about overfueling
i changed the air filter today while i had my hands dirty ftom
servicing the car and after giving it a good rev up i got noticed a bit black smoke
to much when i sudden open the throttle theres not enough air/spark to burn the fuel
can the wrong exhaust cause overfueling

Re: wrong exhaust causing splutter?
the bike does not really care about the cans on it. It mater bugger all in the general scheme of things.
If your carbs aren't right, no can is going to make a difference.
I have had a can from a T955i on mine, a sodding bazooka Micron as well. Mattered not, the bike liked them both.
Make sure you have a decent airfilter - OEM honda rather than a blag K&N and make sure the carbs are setup right.
Do it right once...and you are sorted
