its mainly all in japanese...how am i suppose to understand the manual lol :D the begining with the carb bracket etc is all in japanese.

You can see from the parts section towards the end all of the components that are required, the text just tells you how to install each one, i.e. the SP-Unit section tells you to turn the main switch off and disconnect the harness to the spark-unit and fit the SP-unit.

The fuel tap diagram explains how to mod the tap, which is already well documented on here, and even on Akahara.com (Mikes page)

You should be able to work out what constitutes a HRC engine by looking at the parts microfiches... everythign in them gets fitted to the HRC bike, if that part already exists, it is replaced with the HRC item.

In the case of things such as the Final Drive Sprocket, you'll see there is a range of teeth size avilable, obviously one is chosen to suit the track.
