Your insurance will be void if you take them out while under restriction and there are police that read the forums.

You will need them fitted by a licensed dealer. Needs the certificate stamped for your insurance.

They don't need to be fitted by a dealer but you have to prove they're in there and that bike puts out 33hp, a dyno print out should be enough. If an insurance company want confirmation from a garage then you can take the bike there and take the cabs off yourself if you like, the garage will charge you for the letter.

This is from when i took out my 3tj restriction washers.
I didnt have any Verniers that day so the measurements are pretty accurate but not 100%
Total Diameter - 38mm
Hole Diameter - 13mm
Thickness Approx 1mm

should the outer diameter of the washers be 38.5? or 37.5? ive seen two write ups.
are they critical or as long as you have two holes to size its ok?

Just to be awkward mine seem to be 38mm exactly!
The position of the hole is important, it needs to be that low so when the throttle starts to open the air/fuel can be drawn through the closest point to it
