I have NC24. I checked the diameter of carbs and it is 34mm. But I read that they must be 29.
34mm is on rubber trumpets side, I didnt check diameters in the entrance to cylinders.

Does it mean, that carbs ar bored, enlarged?

NC24 carbs are 32mm, pretty sure it is cast into the bodies as VD32!

The measurement would be taken at the thinnest part of the venturi (bore).

Measure your carbs properly.. they are 32mm

Where are you reading this 29mm from? I want to find whoever wrote it and jam my 32mm carbs in their face.
