I would love to take her apart and learn her back to front but without proper tools & space then it is quite hard..

You're not talking about your mom in the second paragraph are you? :o
Conventional wisdom says to know your limits. To know your limits you need to find them first. Finding your limits generally involves getting in over your head and hoping you live long enough to benefit from the experience. That's the fun part.

Ok so i have bit the bullet and i am going to give some of this a go on the weekend with a mate, but i have a few questions...

Q1: With a brake fluid flush is it the same as cars and do you bleed it up the same? And what DOT fluid do i use?

Q2: I am doing a rad flush, how do i bleed up the radiator?

Q3: When i dump my oil and put new oil in and a new filter, do i get oil pressure like a car?

Q4: What grade fork oil do i use? And can someone help me with this as this is my biggest fear as i have never done anythign like this.. so could someone give me a run down on how to do this properly or link me to a vid, thank you.

SIMILAR TO CARS BUT TAKES LESS TIME AND EASIER - DOT 4

Q2: I am doing a rad flush, how do i bleed up the radiator?
UNDO THE BOTTOM HOSES AND PLACE A BUCKET UNDERNEATH, BLEEDING JUST FILL THE FRONT RADS UP, SQUEEZE HOSES TO RELEASE ANY AIR UP, POOR STEADY AND SLOWLY, IVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES BLEEDING OR FILLING RAD SYSTEMS I MUST BE LUCKY

Q3: When i dump my oil and put new oil in and a new filter, do i get oil pressure like a car?
THERE IS AN OIL PRESSURE LIGHT BUT IT NEVER COMES ON AND WHEN IT DOES ENGINES GOES BANG

Q4: What grade fork oil do i use? And can someone help me with this as this is my biggest fear as i have never done anythign like this.. so could someone give me a run down on how to do this properly or link me to a vid, thank you.

For my tuppence, don't be using heavier oil to mask the lack of correct springing in your forks.

15w oil doesn't really help, apart from making the forks les reactive and therefore less capable of doing the job.

10w oil is bob on. If you need to get the front end stiffer, you need either new springs, or to fit some silghtly larger spacers to ramp up the preload on the current springs.

Regarding flushingthis and that - it is only a big pushbike with a motor. Not really flushing so much as trickling compared to a car ;)
