First attempt at the nuts.
I didn't have the right size endmill for the castleations so i just drilled holes for the split pin.

The thread is bored through, machine cut and then faced off to guaruntee concentricty.

I'll order the right cutters to do the castleations proper.

Sean, it looks better with the holes instead of the castleations, only my opinion of course.
