I am no expert on carb set up, but if you adjust the amount of air then you will have to adjust the amount of fuel. more air = more fuel in general terms. Getting the balance right is not always easy. Do you run standard jets?

Put it back to standard... simple!

You will be running dangerously lean as it stands now..big time lean.

ALso - use the search..If I could be arsed I would bore you with the settings I use...but I have work to do..lol

put the airbox lid back on then! Simple.

I have personally posted in over 20 thread with the settings I have used and do use for my bikes.

I have an NC30 with RVF carbs..no airbox lid, half system etc etc..

I dont wish to sound rude CMSMJ1 as i do understand that you have probably told people info over and over and over again, but i have tried using the search and each time i use it it tells me that my search is to broad. It does not like using NC35 or Carbs or RVF or Settings and if it does return a search it hasnt used all of my search terms. When i searched for the misfire problem i was having the other day i ended up with FZR threads CBR threads and hardly anything the was relevant to the NC35!
