hey all
having lil problem with my nc30!

when trying to pull away i have to keep dippin the clutch to actually get sum speed up to drive
also it dont feel very powerful when driving?

my m8 has a nc30 and his bike is like a TROUSER FIREWORK....... any 1 have any ideas what it may be

got brand new air filter
plugs got from m8 said the were new and did look it but cant be sure
carbs i cleaned but not sure if the need balancing , as it idles fine sum times it sounds like its missing when idle

please help me :pray:

What else have you done to it?

What filter? Have you messed with the airbox? Is this lack of go at 5-6k rpm?

hi yeah the air filter looks like there is a slight lil gap , air filter is standard black casing with red in middle hrc i think

also sum times i can hear poppin sounds from under the tank??????

and yes when it revs to about 3 to 4 rpm it struggles then bout 5 to 6 its ok?

also had front head changed n shims and valves done new gaskets 2!

So , What jets were in it? Is the airbox all there, including snorkel and the rubber flap above the top rad?

The std filter is a folded paper jobbie. HRC foam is see thorugh..so you don't have one of them :-)

Have you got the snorkel in the front of that airbox? Or is it a large hole?

thanks the rubber scoop aint on the bike (scoop that cools carbs down) :whistle: and on front of the air filter theres a bendy rubber slot facing down towards front plugs if u under stand that lol :mrgreen:

Ooo my airbox doesn't have that snorkle , will that make a big difference
