Right exhaust system off, smeared every joint with silicone, fitted it back and put on the tighter springs. No blows from any joints given it a quick run and has settled in nicely. A few teething problems the botton can bracket is smacking the chainguard! so i will have to think about how to solve that! Rad bracket adjusted and fitted.

Couldnt resist taking it for a spin! So i took the DB's out and was really dissapointed, it was running really rough and lumpy and it kept stalling. After trickling back home, i remembered that id taken a lot of fuel out the tank when i stored it. OOPS! filled her up jesus what a nice sound, loud and really responsive!! I doubt i will be putting the baffles back in!!
Work halted now, as ive got to pack, we are moving on friday morning. Cant wait to have a garage!!

Kris, I found that that riding without the baffles was a bit too loud...so, after testing this on my ex-NC30 I preferred the nice raspy sounds with the baffles fitted. It also reved much better with the baffles in.

Kris, its looking mighty fine, you should be really proud of it

Looks really good with the black frame / swinger!

Quick question, are they Dunlop A10 Alpha's that you're running?
How do you find them as I was thinking of putting them on rather than the BT090's but didnt get a lot of feedback

On the remote shock res, just push the cable tie joints to the back so they cant be seen, it'll make it super neat - sorry just jealous now!

Thanks mate, yeah its getting there, just been told the bodywork wont be done till the end of the month though!! :(

The tyres are gpr70's. Only used the bike a bit but with that new shock and new tyres i find them very good, warm up quite quick too, as for wear time will tell!! I think the alpha 10's are replacements so i got them cheap.

Yeah the remote fixings are temporary. I need to take the mount off and spray it, just ordered some nice stainless p clips for the remote!!
