derestriction box
I need a derestriction box /m-max, but cant find it anywhere can anyone help ??.
In forum, Motrax is mentioned but cant find anything on Motrax-homepage.
Speedo is not working on my bike, so want to mount another speedo/tacho.
Thinking of Acewell. Does anyone have experience with this or other speedo/tacho.
Bike is a 3TJ.

Re: derestriction box
As your going to plug in a different dash it might be worth widening your search to a derestricted CDI instead / as well as, the 4DX (uk spec) would do it.

Re: derestriction box
I don't think they make them any more
You can go through this page to the M-max homepage.
http://www.dreamgate.ne.jp/NSR/Tuning/mmax_main.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
My understanding is they are only a resistor, encased in a box. If you can get someone to measure the value of their box and give you details of the location it needs to be fitted, you should be able to fit one yourself.
Failing that, it's gonna be a case of keeping your eye on here or Ebay for one to come up.
