Brake Disc is it Warped?
I've had the NC30 up on its paddock stands today and when turning the front wheel i've noticed that the wheel it gets tight in places and then loosens i think the front left disc is warped. Is this the case and what could have caused it?
Help is much appriciated.
Also if they would need changing can any1 recommend any to me and where i can get them from for a fair price. Rick O Perhaps?

Re: Brake Disc is it Warped?
Is it just one you need, easiest way to tell is if you take one caliper off at a time and spin the wheel you will be able to tell which one is warped, or if you take them both off and spin the wheel and look at the edge of the disc from the front of the bike you will be able to see the warping.

Re: Brake Disc is it Warped?
Thanks for the replys guys i have looked from the front and spun the wheel and i can see that the left disc is def warped right one seems ok though.
Could i just replace the one disc or would it make sense to change both discs and pads for even wear?
The price of a new pair of discs is pretty scary!

Re: Brake Disc is it Warped?
Hey again. Took some discs off a cbr400 nc23 few days back, one disc warped but replaced both.
no need to replace both or pads or qnything unless your after top performance. if you just want one good disc i will send you them both for £20 + del as i dont know which one is the buggered one so u will have to fit them and see which one needs to go in the bin.
hows that?
let me know
Tom
