Rothmans replica decals?
I've seens some for sale on Buster's and on (i think) the qb carbon fibre website. But I have no idea how they'd fit? And if they'd look anything like the original?
Also I was thinking of painting the panels myself, is this out of reach of someone with a lot of time, patience and a an airgun thingy?
Thanks.

Re: Rothmans replica decals?
Normaly when you buy a decal set you get a sheet that tells you where to put the decals, but why not just contact the people selling them and ask ?
As for painting it your self, unless you are skilled in the art of spray painting i would not bother. You can get a ok finish, but you would want it to be really good ?
I am doing a Rothmans Rep as well speak, as soon as i get the panels back from the painters i will show you how it looks.
Matty.

Well I'm excited to see yours! How much is it costing you, if you don't mind me asking?
Haven't even pikced the biek up yet so not worried just yet, but the plan is to smarten it up a bit (a lot) because it's almost embarrassing as it is now!

Re: Rothmans replica decals?
Well here is a thred that has a lot of info in it about what i am doing.
http://www.400greybike.info/newforum/vi ... =10&t=7267" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
The panels that i have gone for are from Tyga, and Rick oliver which stand me in at about £400. The paint will be done buy a mate of mine that paints bikes for a hobby, so he is only going to chrage me for the paint and decals. But i will make sure i sort him out for doing it. I would think the painting on its own would be at the very least £500 for him to do the painting for any one else.

I like them Rothmans reps too, I have a little pic of them "made in china" fairing jobs...they sure do look nice from far.
