Essex/Suffolk/Norfolk/Peterbourgh 2009 ride out dates

Right its 2009 and for the last couple of years we have had no ride outs of any sort. So with my new bike on its way in early March this year I thought what better time that to resurrect the great East of England rides. Now it does need pointing out that this is not endorsed by 400greybike or either a organised event, it is purely a pleasure to meet new or old friends and enjoy and come and go as they please.
With that out of the way let’s go for it! Dates can be found listed below; we have tried to avoid all of the motorcycle GP's, World's or British Superbike championships.
Meeting place for the ride outs is to be once again the world-renowned Comfort Cafe for around 8am. This gives us a good chance to grab a spot of breakfast or even just a cup of tea old darling. Here we are able to arrange that days’ adventures and if required telephone numbers can be exchanged in case someone gets left behind.

For those that may not wish to enjoy the hearty breakfast but are more than willing to join the ride out; we aim to leave the Cafe for a start time of around 09:30ish....

On our previous 2005/6 ride outs the following routes have been taken:
From the comfort cafe to Saffron Walden, Thaxted, Dunmow, Finchingfield for a short break.

From Finchingfield, Dunmow, North End, Chelmsford to the Boreham Services for a short break again. Then on to Danbury, Maldon and finally Bradwell on Sea.

The above though is not to be assumed as cast in stone, we are open to any suggestions that anyone may have though "F**k off" is not one of them.

What we would not like to see on this thread is comments like "yeah man count me in" and such, all we require is your name with dates that you think you could attend. You are more than welcome to open a new thread for comments and chit chat so please leave this one alone as in the past the thread has got very large and thus eats into the bandwith.

Hello mate,

Hope all is well. Great to see you at the bike show, sorry if I wasn't very communicative, didn't feel too well. Didn't make it into work till thurs last week, as was down with flu.

Marisa and I have put all the dates on the calendar, so put our names down mate.

I'm going to need to crack on and get the bike taxed and tested ready for the 1st ride, but shouldn't be any issues with it (hopefully).

Is this the same Petrol Head from Scole in Norfolk? See your mates NC30 in PB last month as one of the feature bikes from a track day and you...you ugly git lol.

Yeah same black one but have traded that for the new Kwaka J2, basically a straight swap for the NC and its the same guy I got the NC from.

Like I said sorry guys but had afew thing happening in my life which are after over two years still not to a conclusion but here is hoping by March I will finally be free and a new stead in the garage..................as some have labeled it the wasp :D

Can I ask one favour though guys? To keep this thread managable could I ask once your names appear or you have received a reply to your qouestions can I ask you to delete them as I can npot nor the mods. It just helps in good house keeping of what can be a long thread.
