Normal Operating Temperature

1992 CB400 Super Four

My coolant temperature gauge barely goes above the cold marker, even during a ride. It isn’t a hot day by any means. But for others with a similar bike, is this normal? It does move, just not very far.

I tested the gauge and also the sensor, and they are both operational.
