Valve clearance tools
Im going to be attempting to do the valve clearances on my bike and need to buy some feeler gauges and a micrometer.
Im getting a bit confused as they come in a variety of ranges so could you recommend what range is should go for and a good place to buy both these tools.
Thanks.

Re: Valve clearance tools
Get one with as many increments as possible to be sure its accurate, and aim for middle to larger shim gap within the tolerance, as it tends to shrink over time. You can use a digital vernier or mechanical vernier as theyr accurate to 100th of mm which is good enough for shims & cheaper than micrometer
