You can use google translate to translate much of the text, it works surprisingly well even if it's not perfect. I found the best way is to install google translate as an app on my smartphone (I use Android mainly) and then to use it's camera option to take a picture of the page in the manual I want translated. I can even get this to work if the manual is showing on my computer screen, however I also print out sections of the manual and take photos of these. I can then add notes to these by hand based on the translations etc.
