Fuel taps and Plumbers tape
I recently replaced my fuel tank only to find that the tap does not prevent fuel passing when in the off position. I guess a rubber has worn. Are these things easy to service????
I also now have a small leak from the threaded join from the tank to the tap which no amount of tweaking seems to stop, anyone see any problems with using plumbers tape on the join?
Thanks for your help.
Cheers
