hi just tried to order a mechanical speedo convertor motrax item from mps bag of shite by the way and was told item was not in stock ..........any ideas guys demon tweeks sell them but it would cost fifty quid with postage any help would be much appreciated ..........ian

you can get a new dial from redial for £30



an MPH convertor will throw your odometer off too so you'll never know how many miles its done afterwards.

I'm probably being too fussy but I wouldn't buy a bike that had an MPH convertor on it.

And if your worried about the speed limited, if your fitting the dial it'll be open anyway so just bend the metal strip out the way and your done.

thanks that is good to know and yeah i didnt think about the odometer would have probably thought about it when selling the bike on when some prospective buyer asked the milage ...........good call guys thanks for the advice..............this site is an essential to know about if you own a vfr ......... good advice no bullshit just people trying to help each other out ........ this is what makes us bike riders different from all those fannys who only drive cars
