So I bought this CBR400RR a few months ago and the seller had no idea what brand the fairings are. Can anybody identify them?

Not entirely sure but reminds me of the F3 series anyway.

Yeah I can see the similarity, even the headlight I can't quite tell which bike it came off. Here are another four images

I won't be able to give full answers, but the nosecone/headlight looks very much like a Kawasaki Ninja 250R from around 2008 or so. The rest of it is beyond me.

Ok, so that last photo you posted is better. Not a CBR600 fairing like I initially thought.

Dunno what it is mate but it looks pretty cool and makes your 400 unique that's for sure!

They've obviously done a decent headlight conversion too yeah? Can you post a photo looking behind the instrument cluster???

Yep that seems to be the one! The only difference seems to be the headlight
