Exhaust blowing
My exhaust on my nc30 is fooked where it joins to front downpipes.ive took the 2 clamps off and basically where it connects just crumbled away. What's the best way to sort this weld new bit on if so anyone now the diameter of pipe and is there a gasket on those aswell. can't afford full stainless and have looked online and the section i need all seem had it aswell cheers

Yes it is as simple as welding on a new set of collars if you want to keep the original system.
Youll need to get the exhaust off the bike, as for the size, buy a new set of gaskets and measure the outside diameter of one. Length is not too important but from memory its around 25mm.

Cheers Timon I'll take exhaust off soon and get it welded.only stripped fairing off the other week to sort little leak on thermostat housing buts its costing me a fortune keep finding more things wrong. the joys
