Any recommendations for clip on's for nc30?

Post by jetblack »

I fancy a change. Anyone got a recommendation for some clip on's? I've got some aftermarket ones already but they bind on my screen brace.
It don't matter if i'm fixin' it or ridin' it.

Always liked the ses premium ones, there budget ones are crap though in my experience, big clunky clamp, hard to get to clamp bolt and mine never did up tight enough. The premium ones are class though

I've got sansei on my nc29 and they are lovely, hinged too so can be taken off easily

I like the woodcraft ones and I also spied the sansei ones the other day too, was also considering Gilles tooling as well. I assume with sansei /woodcraft etc that you can keep the circlips on the upper stations and not have any binding on the screen race at full lock ( this is the issue I have with mine- they are too tall to allow the retaining circlips to be used unless I drop the forks about 4mm which I don't really want to do) and they don't let me use the steering lock because the retaining bolts hit the screenbrace just before full lock)
It don't matter if i'm fixin' it or ridin' it.
