HI as i've got half my plugs out i throught i would change them :D The ones in the bike are NGK ER9EH, is that correct and any idea what the gap should be, how easy is it to get to the front ones?

Yes there correct, or er10eh for race use I think. Unsure of plug gap. The front ar eeasy to get too, but you will find it easier to drop the front rad.

Un bolt if from the left side, the slide it off its support and voila :D

A haynes manual will tell you the gaps if you you need it aswell as other technical bits

pretty sure it is 0.6 - 0.7 for the gaps.

prepare for skinned knuckles on the back of the top rad when whipping them out..

0.7-0.8 i thought but nevermind,or you can take the top rad off and do the coolant at the same time,better still ,pop the rads on some water while your doing the plugs to help clear them,then with the new coolant the bike will love you for it ....

let's go for a 0.7 then

good idea about the rads..mine are off right now but just hanging up..lol

the correct gap is 0.6-0.7mm as cmsmj1 says........

er10eh are usually fitted for extended high speed use(race)but i have heard of people using the er10eh in the rear two cylinders as they can get hotter.....supposedly!!!!!!
