Zxr400-H2 running rich all over the place

Got a bike in Feb, new rings, originally had 102 mains, went back to stock. Pilots are 35,float at 11mm, no leaks..

2 1/4 turns out, completely stripped carbs 5 times now..

No ridge on needles N77c (stock)..

I'm suspecting the needle jets, where can I find these? Must the needle block the jet completely at idle?
