Fork bits for gratis

Post by Swingarm »

Not sure if this should be in For Sale or Workshop

I just overhauled my VFR400 L's forks with parts from Rick Oliver and now have the standard progressive springs, spacers and bushes taking up space

It'd be a shame to throw them away so If you want them let me know and I'll send them to you for the price of postage

They've done 15k kms. The springs are easily above service limit of 27.1 cm (they measure 28cm), and the bushes are in good nick and not at all scuffed

The spacers are 50.3mm

Let me know if you want them

Thanks Richy, I appreciate that

I just finished an overhaul that's taken me 18 months, finished off with a Chinese fairing while I fix up the originals

So I'm good for parts for the time being but I'll let you know if something comes up

MOT on Tuesday. I'm so excited. Haven't ridden my NC, or any bike, for almost exactly ten years!
