Fork bush service tool

Does anyone have any recommendations for a bodge tool to ram home the top fork bushes and seals?

I was thinking an appropriately sized PVC plumber's pipe (oo-er missus!)

On a similar note do you know what the dimension of the o-ring is underneath the fork top bolt?

21.7X3.5 if im looking at the correct one
