Hi, sure I've seen some information on fixing this, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Are the fuel sender wires connected.
As this is usually the cause.

Thanks Evil chicken. I've just read through the thread carefully as my 3tj /thundercat hybrid has the old dancing tacho to 8 000 and back. Always thought it was the fuel level sender but been through all that. It seems it might be the throttle position sensor. I will conquer this one, just spread myself too thin working on a TZR 250 and building a 350ypvs hybrid and the 400 RRSP. Probably a bit cracked having too many little yams but they keep me sane.

That would presumably plug straight into my Thundercat loom and all's sorted. Thanks again for all your input into this forum.

It should just plug in. There's no TPS on the 600r
