Rvf headlights
Hey guys. Quick question regarding the headlight globe housing. Basically long story short. one of the pins on the globes has melted the plastic that it pushes into just enough to short to ground and keeps blowing a fuse. So my question is, is the stock standard globe housing and the tyger performance (tyger eyes) globe housing the same. As I am just going to solder a new housing in place of the old one. Obviously I have a tyga kit on mine. Thanks in advance

Re: Rvf headlights
NC30/35 use H4 or H4R globes, a connection base common to any number of cars and bikes. I believe Tyga performance eyes headlights use a T19 base globe, which is similar to a stop/tail light globe. If you have the T19 base setup, I would replace them with H4 bases and fit 55/60W globes, after you fit a relay to the low beam circuit to protect the headlight switch from overload.
