Easiest way to drain fuel tank - NC30

As above, what is the best method to drain the fuel tank? Is there is drain plug or is it best to siphon it out?

Excuse the complete lack of knowledge.

Put the tap on res and suck on vacuum pipe then bend it over to keep the vacuum..let it drain
