i Have recently changed my standard exhaust system on my 29 to a beet titanium system, but on the first ride discovered that it made the clutch slip, it was fine with the standard system. I have tried changing the clutch and springs for genuine honda items, but it still slips when the power kicks in.
Should i change the springs for heavy duty items and stick with the standard plates?

How are your chain and sprockets?

They only have about 300 miles on the, i did a 520 chain conversion with 14 tooth front sprocket and renthal rear.
i am running semi synthetic oil also.

I had the same problem with a new exhaust / air filter / dynokit. Orderd some heavy springs from Graeme and it is solved.
