NC30/NC35 Dzus Fastener Question
So, I have Tyga bodywork on my bike and I'd like to finally put some Dzus fasteners on it. The lower two fasteners seem simple enough in terms of what needs to be done (I have done this before on other bikes), but what I'm trying to sort out is how the upper fastener will work with the OEM or custom fairing bracket. Anyone have a couple of pics they could share to help me sort this out? Thanks.

Not sure what you are trying to do here. I use dsuz on my race glass, but I don't use the brackets on the side of the bike at all (the ones that also hold the choke lever on the left).

I figured that. I wanted to see how people cobbled the fairing to the frame at those mounts for ideas on how I would do it. Care to snap a picture of how you have yours mounted?

They aren't mounted there. The only mounts to the bike for the entire fairing is the upper stay, the front of the instrument stay, and each side on the lower mounts down by the rearsets.

Ah, ok. That makes sense. I want to have it mounted up on the side as well, but I can see on a race bike why it wouldn't be necessary.vfrman wrote:They aren't mounted there. Yeah, there is really no way to use dsuz there.

There is if you make a custom mount, which I'm sure some have done. Surprised no one has spoken up yet.vfrman wrote:Yeah, there is really no way to use dsuz there.
